Key Responsibilities 

  • Manage calendars, appointments, and schedules 
  • Coordinate meetings, including agendas and follow-ups 
  • Arrange travel, including booking flights and accommodation 
  • Draft, edit, and proofread correspondence and reports 
  • Handle communications (emails, phone calls, letters) 
  • Maintain organised records and files 
  • Oversee office supplies and facility maintenance 
  • Run errands and manage personal tasks for the executive 
  • Provide on-the-go support during travel or high-priority events 
  • Manage household needs and liaise with service providers 
  • Coordinate drivers’ and cleaner’s schedules 
  • Plan and manage events, including logistics and budgets 

Essential Skills 

  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills 
  • Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and handle urgent tasks efficiently 
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude 
  • Proven ability to manage household staff and family logistics 
  • Fluency in Greek and English 

Required Qualifications 

  • Proven experience in an administrative or personal assistant role 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams) 
  • Ability to manage confidential information with discretion 
  • Valid driver’s licence 

Additional Skills (Optional) 

  • Event management experience is a plus 
  • The ability to speak additional languages is desirable
